No! All Fireside Elementary parents are a part of our PTO community.
All members of the Fireside community are welcome and encouraged to attend General PTO meetings. Meetings alternate between mornings (8:00am - 9:15am) and evenings (5:30pm - 6:45pm) to accommodate all schedules.

Childcare and pizza is provided at evening meetings. Coffee is provided at morning meetings.
The PTO funds many projects at Fireside, including:
Additional Teaching Tools in the classrooms
School-wide events like the Fun Run, Movie Night, and Carnival
Buses for Field Trips
Annual STEM Fair
New Computers
Playground Equipment
Classroom Books & Supplies
Para-Educator Positions & Additional Hours

Yes! The PTO meetings vary from morning to evening times, and often many of our events and activities are in the evenings, with some on the weekends. You can always find a volunteer opportunity that works for you by checking out HelpatSchools.
